These terms govern your use of Mementoir, a mobile application published by Lazily Inspired ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Mementoir is a personal travel journal app for iPhone and iPad. You may use it to create, edit, and export scrapbook-style journals from your own photos. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
You own everything you create in Mementoir — your photos, captions, annotations, and journal layouts. We do not claim any rights to your content. Your journals are stored on your device, and we do not have access to them.

Mementoir offers optional features that use third-party services to generate captions and narration. When you use these features:
These features are optional. The app is fully functional without them.
Some features of Mementoir may require a subscription or one-time purchase through the App Store. Payments are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings.
The Mementoir app, its design, layout engine, and branding are owned by Lazily Inspired. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its components.
Mementoir is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Layout results, generated captions, and other output may vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lazily Inspired is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or content.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the app if these terms are violated. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
